Yoga for tweens is an extremely positive way to help them deal with their every day stresses . This exciting 1-hour power flow yoga class is structured towards teaching them dynamic and challenging yoga poses, flowing through fun sequences together, learning how to strengthen and tone through stretching techniques, all while gaining confidence in themselves. We will also spend time learning how to delve deeper into a mindful and meditative yoga practice while exercising numerous types of breathing techniques which aides in relaxation and focusing.
Please send your child with an extra bottle of water, a yoga mat (if you have one) and a towel. Props will be provided.
