Moriah Plus Policies

COVID REFUND POLICY:

“If your child or group is isolated due to Covid-19 and cannot attend, you will be refunded until you are able to return. If your class is forced to close altogether, we will provide a full refund of the unused classes. Please understand that Moriah Plus is incurring costs to offer this program, which are necessary to ensure that we can offer a successful experience.”

 

General Refund Policy:

After the first class but prior to the second class, you may switch your child into another class  (based on availability) but no refunds will be given.

In the case where there are not enough children signed up for a class, the class will be cancelled. You will then have the option to choose another class or receive a refund.

 

Pick-Up Policy:

Please be prompt when picking up your child (ren) from the Blue Zone Carpool entrance. \

 

Class Cancellation Policy:

Moriah Plus classes are cancelled when Moriah closes, due to inclement weather or any other circumstances. Make up classes will NOT be scheduled. After two class cancellations due to weather, a class make up will be scheduled.

 

In the event that an instructor will not be present on the day of his/her class, a substitute will be provided. We do our best to obtain substitutes who can run a club similar to the one that the children would normally have that day. However, please note that this is not always possible with more complex clubs.

 

Behavior & Discipline Policy:

Students are expected to behave appropriately, failure to do so may result in suspension or dismissal from Moriah Plus.

 

Accidents/Illness / Emergency:

When a child becomes ill or is injured during the after school program, the parent/guardian will be contacted immediately. If we are not able to reach anyone, we will call 911 for transport to needed medical facilities.

 

Allergies:

Please notify us if your child has any food allergies.
