  5. What is your class credit policy?
    COVID CREDIT POLICY
: If your child is isolated due to Covid-19 and cannot attend, a credit will be issued for the missed days of quarantine.
GENERAL CREDIT/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations may be made before the first class for a full refund. After the first class you may switch your child into another class (based on availability) but no refunds will be given. Your child may also receive a credit for that amount minus the first class if your child is unable to complete the class. In the case where there are not enough children signed up for a class, the class will be cancelled. You will then have the option to choose another class or receive a refund.

  6. What is your class make up policy?

Moriah Plus classes are cancelled when Moriah closes due to inclement weather or any other circumstances. Make up classes will be scheduled ONLY after two class cancellations. In the event that an instructor will not be present on the day of his/her class, a substitute will be provided. We do our best to obtain substitutes who can run a club similar to the one that the children would normally have that day.
